Checking out Pear Computers
Now here’s a cool Second Life (SL) business idea.
When it comes to the virtual world, forget Apple, why not try a Pear computer? That’s what Pear Computers, Inc hopes prospective customers will do by bridging the gap between Real Life (RL) and SL.
This evening I stopped by and met Gentoo Speculaas, one of the brains behind Pear Computer product line. These are the features the Pear Computer comes equipped with for $500L as of this writing:

pVisit – Find out when you have visitors near your laptop
pCalc – what everybody needs: an SL calculator
the next free update will also calculate currencies
pInfo – Learn more about yourself in SL.
pAdmin – Control access to your laptop
BarounNet – connect the the widespread SL network of BarounNet.
While there another SL resident was asking: what about the pPod? Sounds like it might be coming. Hahahahhahahaha, it’s very funny. Pear computers are not real! Come on people, don’t be so stupid! It’s just a fake think, from a TV show! But well, I must admit that if someone decides to create that company someday, it seems there would be many people trying to get one hahahahaha. By the way, cut this shit and buy an apple computer if you want to have the best operating system in the world!
Oh, I almost forgot, the apple is also retroilluminated on apple computers like you’ve seen them on those TV shows!
