Please correct me if I’m wrong but best as I can tell there is no such function as exporting a JPG in Second Life.
Channel 9 Guy spotted in On10.net

If you take a snapshot in world and then decide later you want to export it to your desktop you have to load the image and then choose “save texture as” and then the only option is TGA format?

I do realize you can take snapshots and save them locally as BMP, but there doesn’t seem a JPG, PNG or GIF export option. Is this an oversight on my part or the Lindens?

One web workaround is to use Cristiano Midnight’s SLpics which lets you email pictures and add captions and can store them under your AV name on the web (sort of an SL moblog), but again you need to do this when you snap the picture, I’m not aware if/how you can do this at a later date/time.

Any ideas?
