The lines between real world terrestrial radio, web streaming radio and Second Life will be blurred on Tuesday 3/28/2006 at 4pm PST via Open Source Radio hosted by Christopher Lydon. Details via SLBoutique:

Simultaneously to their regular on-air discussion, all guests and the host will be logged into Second Life, and the show’s producer, Brendan Greeley (Alden Cookie in SL) will take questions from the SL “studio audience” on the fifth floor of The Electric Sheep Company’s corporate headquarters on Sheep Island. The show on Sheep Island will be open to a limited audience of the SL public, with spots open on a first-come, first-served basis, and listening parties with repeaters will be available at Neualtenberg and a few other locations, TBA.

Sounds like good stuff.  Open Source Radio is available via KUOW 94.9 FM in Seattle, other cities and stations are listed here. Hat tip to Eric Rice.
