Second Life Preview 1.9.0.8 update, today from 3-5pm PST

Around 2:30pm SL time Vektor Linden announced that a “pile-on in the preview grid” would be forthcoming (pictured below):

I just downloaded and am there checking it out.

- seemed to get a little laggy once a dozen or so people were in the same area and running scripts. One user complained about how Linden should spend time fixing the lag. Didn’t seem too bad to me.

One resident setup a coaster and I took that for a ride. About halfway through it, I got ejected from the roller coaster and flew a couple properties away. No problem, just flew back to the orientation area.

Spotted a couple Lindens there: Ben Linden and Dan Linden (Preview Organizer).
