Tringo interview at SecondCast
This is a month old, but I’m catching up on listening to all the archived SecondCasts: this interview with Tringo creator Kermitt Quirk has some interesting information if you can get past some of the silly banter.

I haven’t played this game yet, but I understand one of our VTOR group authors is hooked on it. The game sounds like a variation of Tetris, played with 35 pieces. Quirk licensed Tringo to a company Donnorwood Media, for use in the real world and Tringo will come out on the Gameboy Advance. Quirk will now receive real life royalties for his game.
Kermitt answered that he sold “around 220″ Tringo games in Second Life and is working on a new version. The game sells for L$15,000 and is available at Kermitt’s land (SLurl). Sounds like for those interested might want to wait for the new version.
