Update on my Second Life

Here lately most all my Second Life time has been spent in the planning of a wedding, purchasing new land to start a new life with Tiara, but I have just today made an effort to contact a couple Lindens to discuss Idea development.

I am still quite concerned about confidentiality, and will seek to have a confidentiality agreement signed…  this may not occur, but at least I feel like I am moving forward instead of sitting on an idea.

Now as for social interaction…  I must say Second life can be as rewarding or as frustrating as you “Real” life.   Tiara was in tears yester over details of the wedding which seem to be beyond control….  seems  e have to worry how video card render different colors … Bridesmaid dresses are appearing different on several computers and now  she feels the colors which she has so carefully picked will be a disaster.

We purchased new land in a new “Dreamland” sim and now placing existing inventory is causing trouble…  she is wishing she had never moved.  The wedding ring set I ordered last week has still not been delivered…. was promised to be finished last night, but he left the web without me receiving the set… STRESS, STRESS, STRESS…  yes there can be stress in second life.

Ok  I feel as I am rambling on about unimportant stuff to anyone other than Tiara and I so I will stop now…. except to second TD’s statement  Second Life should not be considered a game… it is what you make out of it… a “life experience”  with games inside.
