When the grid comes tumbling down

Spam problems as the result of an object permission issue caused another grid shutdown. I was telling a friend yesterday that it now seems like Second Life is down for maintenance an average of twice per week. Once for the regular, scheduled maintenance on Wednesdays — which isn’t every Wednesday, I know — and another for some type of grid attack.
