I'm a bit confused by your final statement. Quite a lot of us do get the opportunity to "visit SL" / work on projects in virtual worlds or staff areas like the IBM Business Center, so clearly some of us are there during work hours. My interpretation of the guidelines is that they do also cover us during "the off time" - it is common sense.</description>
