Jack Crowne and the Coronas New Year Party

The crowd wasn’t huge, about 18 people. Most dancing pleasantly to the sounds of Jack Crowne and Coronas which were being simulcast into Secondlife’s Luxor Stage from the Red Lion Hotel Ballroom which is located in Boise Idaho.

It was easy to hear the crowd at the Red Lion having a party good time, sounded much better than that being had in Secondlife.

I was somewhat disappointed in the sound of the simulcast, which could have been better engineered, but I have no Idea just what kind of equipment they had to work with. Despite all of my bitching here… I did enjoy the music and appreciated the effort the band went through to simulcast a live Real life event into Secondlife, and hope more follow the example and bring more outside live performances to Secondlife.

Over all I am very pleased with the performance of the band which was entertaining and pleasurable experience.

Thank you Jack Crowne (Ronnie Carr in SL) and the rest of the band for bring this fest of oldies and goodies to us in Secondlife.
