That’s what I made this week doing a focus group for the SL version of Reperes, a French research company, talking about some of the automotive sims like BMW, Pontiac and Nissan. I’ve also made L$500 filling out a survey for First Opinions Panel, the SL version of the Social Research Foundation doing consumer research. Although it’s not a regular source of income, they are legitimate and fun to do … not cheap lead-generation spam-inducing rip-offs like Hippiepay. Although this week, I did meet someone who said he made lindens from Hippiepay. To me that’s like saying you do all your shopping through spam, but maybe somebody HAS made money from Hippiepay without drowning in spam or having spambots and viruses take over your computer.

Both survey companies pay on time, and the surveys have been interesting to fill out. Plus they can lead to sweet gigs like the one I did for Reperes this week. I also made a quick $40 voting for garden-style builds on the Reperes sim.

Both companies are recruiting, too. And no, I don’t work for either one, so I don’t get any bonuses for mentioning them here. They’re just a nice way to make some extra lindens without taking up stripping or escorting.

If you want to check them out, TP to their sims, where you can get more info and sign up. You will have to join the First Opinions Group, however. Reperes communicates strictly through email.
