My Failure
Since the beginning of the new year, I have been trying to write at least one post per day which I hoped has some value to you, the readers. Yesterday I failed miserably despite what I thought might be my best efforts.
Was it writers block, or was there another cause? Don’t get me wrong, I made effort to get a post up on VTOR. I sent my standard questionnaire out to three different live music performers hoping to be able to bring you a more in depth bio/profile on each with a review enough to be able to recommend your attendance of one of their shows. One of the artist returned the questionnaire back, and that is when I realized that for an artist to go as in depth as I would like them to do– I wasn’t going to get quick responses. The one that answered the questionnaire is one I have given a quick review in the past and I was hoping to get more personal with the questionnaire than I had gotten by simply “mining” her websites. She did open a door to fire back more direct questions, but that didn’t help me write a post for yesterday.
The questionnaire I can hardly wait to get back is from who I consider the greatest talent inside Second Life, maybe one of the best in the whole real world. We have chatted a lot on IMs, yesterday I spoke with him at great length on skype, and learned a huge amount of information about him. My interview with him will be the first ever allowed, including real life, where he intends of talking about his hand shaking, forehead sweating stage fright, along with many other interesting aspects of his life.
The other I sent out was to Jeff Tully a rather popular performer with a really nice voice who does country. I am looking forward to that review also.
As you see, yesterday wasn’t a complete waste, nor a complete failure, it was a failure of actually making a post here on VTOR, but I will try not to let it happen again.

Harold - one of the 10 commandments of blogging: don’t post excuses for not blogging, lol. Also, the stuff at the end has a bunch of extraneous code including a div box with nothing in it. Might want to check into that.

Fixed the extraneous code, Harold. You have another post with the same stuff in it, so view source on the post.

[...] an earlier post I made here on VTOR; I made mention that I thought Mike has one of the finest voices in Second Life if not the world. [...]
