We’ve done some shopping through CD Baby and best as I can remember it’s always been a positive experience. That’s a neat customer email, thanks for sharing

Yes Weirdharold, I do agree with you that CRM (customer relationship management) is important. I feel that it is a very crucial component for the success of any online businesses where the customers participation in any purchase transaction can feel so antiseptic. I find CDBaby’s light hearted humorous approach to be a rather unique and novel idea. Is it any wonder why CDBaby.com is the preferred distribution channel for Indie Artist. Thanks for sharing!
