SL Musicians Gathered to Jam
Around 6:30 pm until 11:30 pm on the island of Menorca, DimiVan Ludwigh, Melvin Took, Rich Desoto, and Edward Lowell begin streaming the Indianapolis Cha Cha Cha Jam. If you missed out on this occasion; take heed that sometime today (Jan. 27, 2007) they will be cranking up again.
The crowd was large enough that at times the sim filled up with people enjoying the jam. This gathering of Ludwig, Took,Desoto, and Lowell is an extremely rare occasion, and a treat for all who was able to gather and listen.
These talented musicians gathered together in Indianapolis from all around the country to jam together and provide entertainment to many residents of Second Life.
There was drinking and singing and drinking and playing and drinking… in fact not all the musicians made the full night. Ed Lowell passed out at some point, and was ragged a bit by the other performers. I guess Ed may find out about that sometime today, because he sure didn’t know it last night.
It was an extreme pleasure to be able to catch what little I was able to hear, and am going to try to catch more of the Indianapolis CHA CHA CHA Jam later today at the Hummingbird cafe.
I apologize I am unable to provide the time it will began, but how long does it take for a damn good buzz to wear off?

Helpful suggestion for you Harold that I should have mentioned to you earlier. This was mentioned back in September.
Get the SLurlblogger tool (HUD) from Ordinal Malaprop. It’s free and will allow you to easily keep track of SLurls that you visit. You can have them emailed to you conveniently. This way, whenever you are at a location you want to write about in SL, you can just type /910 description of place — and it will keep track of your place and provide the SLurl that you can copy/paste into any new post.
I wrote about the SLurlblogger tool here:
