		<description>It's not as easy as it seems, working in Second Life.  Real-life companies are full of people wanting to try their own hands at building, and also full of people who don't understand what they are paying for when they buy into SL.

Getting known for building or creation in SL is difficult, too, especially now that the world is so big.</description>
