SL cheatsheet

SL resident Kippie Friedkin has produced a lovely cheatsheet to all the SL keyboard shortcuts. It’s a lovely piece of work, including both PC and Mac versions (what a concept!). And the five I randomly tested all work!

Grab your copy here.

If I were feeling a little less charitable toward the Lindens (still trying to figure out why this latest download is so much more laggy on my MacBookPro — running Leopard, OS 10.5.4 in case anyone has any ideas … Darius? You are my Mac guru!) …. I would wonder why none of them came up with this a long time ago, but I guess they have other trout to broil at the moment.

This is handy, thanks for sharing Evansmom.

hmm. I think there’s actually a client that is optimized for Mac. I forget what it’s called now since I didn’t use it much. You can actually throw more RAM at the client, but personally, I think Lindens actually don’t fix their memory usage since the client I used for Linux used to memleak all the time.

Yup. definitely useful. I hated learning a lot of that stuff from scratch before.

It appears the FriendFeed integration is working now. Wonder how long it takes to show up on the blog posts (10:48am test) UPDATE: it polls once an hour, so comments are out of sync by as much as that (11:04 PST)
