		<description>I believe Philip has created an amazing platform for the future, but, there certainly is a point where the business of the real world can overwhelm the potential of the virtual world.

I think simply an operations guy to streamline and normalize some of what LL does would be a HUGE step forward 

I think they have the tech and vision stuff down. Its the focus and capitalizing on momentum things that seem to be slipping away. Someone to focus on those issues will trickle down to better code, and a better experience for all of us.</description>
