		<description>TD, doesn't this have something to do with the rolling restart? I see this message a lot whenever they upgrade operating systems, or whatever it is they're doing. I know my home sim is usually back in the pack whenever they do that, so I see that notice when i go from home to another place. But yes, it's less than helpful when they don't provide the information in a more user-accessible way.</description>
