The 16m is for our group that we've had established for over 2+ years. The other land is enough for me to put a tiny structure if I want down the road and/or develop with some small amount of prim. She fears you plan to put up one of those ad farms, which would then make her new land totally worthless. The new owner does not enjoy paying tier for land she cannot use, so why don't you be a nice guy and sell her those two parcels so she can build the structures she wants there and get good use out of the land, the kind of good use you had when you owned the whole parcel? Some people pay for a 60 day or year long account but then get busy. Or they just like the idea that their ideal virtual land is "there" and keep paying for it, just like they paid a bunch for cross-country skis that they only keep in their garage and use only once a year.
